The hotel location is excellent, close to major attractions and public transport. However, the AC leaked constantly during my stay.

Just stayed at Novapark for 5 nights in a spacious Standard Double Room. Enjoyed the everyday cleaning and flexibility with our requests. The air con leaked a lot, though, which disrupted our sleep a bit. Great local laundry advice too!
